On Friday 29th of August EF English First Surabaya gave thanks to the hard work and effort of 5 of its employees: Ross, Satiti, Asti, Lia and Dessy. Ross is going back to Australia, and he will definitely be missed by all of his students. Ross has a great ability to get his students up and talking and his active style of teaching helped many EF Kayun students become more confident in speaking English. Satiti is now studying for a Masters Degree (S2) at UGM Jogja. She has worked at EF Kayun and SMA St-Agnes for almost 2 years. She has grown immensely as a teacher since she started at EF Kayun and the teachers’ room and her students will miss her greatly. Asti started working at EF Kayun in 2004 and she has become a pillar of the school, helping create many resources, activities and workshops. She is now also continuing her studies. Lia was the young learner course coordinator and she has managed her position superbly since she started a year ago. She will be greatly missed by parents, students and teachers alike. She is now finishing her studies at UNAIR, Surabaya. Dessy has moved to EF Plaza to take up the role of senior course consultant. We wish her the best with her new position.
At the same time EF Surabaya Kayun would also like to welcome our new staff members: Ita (School Assistant), Yulia (School Assistant), Kim from the USA (Teacher) and Simon from Scotland (Teacher) and also offer our congratulations to Oki, who is now the new young learner course coordinator.
